Our Purpose

UCWBG is a vibrant, passionate community of women who create connection on multiple dimensions (personal, professional and business) throughout their life stages. It provides an encouraging and supportive environment to empower members to succeed based on their own personal definition of success and supports the "whole woman".

UCWBG fosters and provides cutting edge thought leadership and perspective to its members, the Chicago GSB and the business community. Such thought leadership encompasses ways and means to build leadership and life skills and emotional intelligence and to break barriers to success. It is devoted to making the world a better place by actively setting the standard and raising the bar. It provides a forum to give back and be a part of something greater than oneself, and enables all alumnae to participate.
