Leadership Agility: A New Approach for Today's Business Environment, Webinar
Are you finding that everything in our work environment seems to be speeding up? Maybe you’ve noticed something else that’s more subtle: To be successful these days, managers need to work effectively with more stakeholders. These two “deep trends” (accelerating change and increasing stakeholder complexity) are powerful global forces that affect us all, regardless of our position in the organization.
How to Respond with “Agility”
These trends are not going away, so what to do? How we lead and manage in a ways that shift us – and our people – away from feeling like victims of this environment and into a greater sense of ease and mastery? In this webinar, Bill Joiner will share what he learned from a five-year study of “agile” leaders, as reported in the award-winning book, Leadership Agility.
Who should attend?
- Leaders and managers at all levels
- Senior HR, LD, OD, and Talent Management professionals
- Consultants and coaches who focus on leadership and organization development
Join us and hear how highly “agile” leaders are responding to today’s challenging environment – and the implications for developing more effective teams, leading organizational change, and creating a “leadership culture” that can reach new levels of agility.
